Youssef is a founding partner of Southbridge A&I, with the mission of providing close support to Moroccan and African decision-makers.
He is an expert in the public and social sectors in Morocco. He leverages his in-depth knowledge of Morocco and development to serve both public and private stakeholders, offering strategic and operational consulting services.
He built his expertise around three major experiences: Former Senior Advisor at McKinsey, after a career in consulting in France (working with large industrial companies and restructurings), he also served as a mission officer in the Prime Minister's Office of the Kingdom of Morocco between 1998 and 2001, where he was responsible for economic dossiers.
Youssef has participated in numerous development missions in Morocco and Africa, assisting both public and private operators in defining and implementing their strategies.
Youssef, an engineer graduate from the École Polytechnique in Paris, also holds a master's degree in economics. He is Moroccan and currently resides in Rabat.
