I3 PROGRAM

INVESTING IN INNOVATION IN AFRICA

I3 is a pan-African initiative designed to support the commercialization and potential impact on African healthcare systems of 60 promising start-ups and/or growth companies through subsidies and market access facilitation.

This program was designed by Southbridge A&I, Salient Advisory and SCIDaR – Solina Centre for International Development and Research.  The 60 startups selected in the early and growth stages will receive a systematic grant of USD 50,000, as well as support in accessing markets through events organized across the continent.

WORKING CAPITAL FUND

SIHAFYA Fund is a $200M catalytic working capital fund to scale and strengthen private impact-driven supply chain players to achieve health outcomes and transform the distribution of medicines’ ecosystem in Africa.

SIHAFYA Fund is set up to finance African companies, is managed by experienced African asset managers and benefits African citizens across the continent through increased health product availability and affordability.

An integrated solution to provide much needed short-term debt loans and technical assistance to innovative marketplaces, distributors, and local manufacturers and chain of pharmacies.

The Fund is supported by anchor investors and foundations (Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation), concessional investors, private investors and manufacturers.

WITAMAX

Witamax est un fond d’investissement créé par plusieurs investisseurs marocains de renom, backé par le cabinet Southbridge A&I et Axxam Family Office. Depuis sa création, le fond a permis des investissements dans diverses startups telles que lacaisse.ma (concepteur de caisses enregistreuses intelligentes), Data Pathology (Healthtech spécialisée dans le diagnostic pathologique à distance) ou encore Kounta (gestion digitalisée des dépenses fournisseurs).
