A graduate of the École Mohammadia d'Ingénieurs, Hamza joined Southbridge first as an intern and then as a consultant. Upon his arrival, he was introduced to territorial development issues and was able to develop expertise in several economic and social sectors.
He notably took part in the Hult Prize Foundation under the banner of EMI.
Passionate about outdoor sports, swimming, and triathlon, Hamza enjoys reinventing himself, taking risks, and setting new challenges, which has led him to travel to the far corners of Morocco. His mantra, both at work and while traveling, is: "Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.
According to him, he is the best chess player at Southbridge (and probably the best at FIFA as well).
