Before joining Southbridge A&I, Ayoub enriched his professional journey at McKinsey & Company, working on various projects across the financial, banking, insurance, telecommunications, and NGO sectors. He also held the position of PMO at BMCI and gained valuable experience at Procter & Gamble, Metro, and PepsiCo.
Passionate about chess and padel, he finds balance in mountaineering, an activity that reflects his constant pursuit of challenges and his desire for continuous learning.
