Rayane, holding a degree in Strategic Management from the Rotterdam School of Management (Erasmus University) with honors, and a Bachelor’s in International Business from Maastricht University, has gained solid expertise in brand management, data analysis, and digital marketing optimization for several brands (Garnier, Ambre Solaire, Mixa) at L'Oréal Benelux.
Before joining L'Oréal, Rayane co-founded the first volunteer committee of SCOPE at Maastricht and organized the first social trip to Morocco. Passionate about strategy and projects with social impact, Rayane continuously seeks to combine his professional skills with his personal commitment.
